Corporate Finance Veteran, Andreas Zapf, joins CONSUB’s Board as Non-Exec Director

CONSUB is pleased to announce the appointment of Andreas Zapf to its Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director.

Frank Nunan, CONSUB Co-founder and MD, said of the appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Andreas to the Board and look forward to leveraging his considerable experience, both in oil & gas and renewables, which are the key areas of focus for CONSUB’s expansion and growth over the coming years.”

Andreas is MD and Founder of Rhone Energy Advisors, a financial advisory boutique that specialises in corporate finance, sales and M&A advice to companies in the energy sector. Andreas is also the CEO of GreenFin Energy BV, an energy service company which provides power, heating and cooling to industrial and commercial customers. He sits on the Board of the Columbia Business School London Alumni Association.

With over two decades’ experience in corporate finance and investment banking in the energy space, including working for Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, Andreas Zapf has advised on corporate strategy, capital raising, sales, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised numerous engineering consultancies on strategic transactions over the years including KW Ltd on its sale to Petrofac plc and Costain plc on its acquisition of ClerkMaxwell.
